Material construction

Check and clean the dust, oil, release agent and other pollutants on the back of the tiles before pasting. First, apply a layer of slurry on the construction base surface, then distribute the material again and use a toothed scraper to comb out a uniform adhesive strip. When combing the rubber strip, the angle between the toothed scraper and the star of the base surface is about 60°. The scraping area of each batch is less than 1㎡, and the subsequent paving is completed within the airing time not exceeding the current construction temperature. The grooves on the back of the tiles are filled with slurry and leveled, and then pressed onto the combed adhesive strips on the construction base surface, and the tiles are kneaded or drummed with a rubber hammer to ensure that the paste is full of paste. The kneading direction is perpendicular to the direction of the strip. For super-large ceramic tiles, cloth can also be placed on the back of the tiles if necessary, and the adhesive strips can be combed out, and the direction of the adhesive strips is parallel to the direction of the base surface adhesive strips. Adjacent tiles should retain a suitable width of the brick joints, and clean up the excess slurry on the surface of the tiles and in the joints in time. In order to ensure the paste quality, it is necessary to conduct a trial paste and spot check the paste quality. According to the size of the tiles, choose a toothed scraper with appropriate specifications. Generally, a 3mm*3mm toothed scraper is used for mosaics, a 6mm*6mm toothed scraper is used for ceramic tiles, and a 10mm*10mm or larger toothed scraper is used for large tiles. In wall construction, auxiliary fixing measures can be adopted.

Conservation

Carry out natural maintenance after the tiles are laid, and take necessary protection measures for finished products.

After 24 hours of curing, the caulking operation can be carried out, and it can be fully put into use after 14 days.

Reference dosage

The dosage per square meter per millimeter thickness is about 15kg of powder. The actual amount is determined according to the specifications of the tile, base surface and toothed scraper.

Packaging, storage and transportation

Packed in a paper bag with molding material and inner film, with a net weight of 25kg.

Avoid rain, damp, high temperature, freezing, extrusion and other external damage during product transportation, and keep the packaging intact.

The product is stored in a cool and dry place, and the storage period of the unopened product is 12 months.

The suitable construction temperature is 5-35°C.

It is forbidden to add materials not permitted by our company's technical documents when stirring.

The amount of water added to the material can be adjusted appropriately according to the site conditions and environmental conditions. The stirred slurry must be used within 2 hours, and the skinned or dry slurry is prohibited to be used directly or after adding water and stirring.

The material contains cement, which is alkaline and may generate dust. Wear necessary protective equipment during construction. If in eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
