This product is mainly used for plastering and leveling of interior walls and floors (aerated blocks, brick walls, concrete walls and ceilings) in dry areas and for thermal insulation.

Performance characteristics of lightweight plastering gypsum

1. Water retention and construction
Lightweight plastering gypsum has good water retention and construction performance, and can maintain the complete hydration reaction of light plastering gypsum after plastering, and the strength of its plastering layer will not be reduced due to water loss; experiments show that after hardening of light plastering gypsum , the strength of the plastering layer increases with the decrease of moisture content.
2. Cohesiveness and micro-expansion
Lightweight plastering gypsum with high gypsum content has good cohesiveness and micro expansion. The good workability and fluidity of lightweight plastering gypsum make the slurry easy to penetrate into the gaps in the wall and the concave-convex vertical and horizontal gaps. After the slurry is hardened, the volume expands slightly, so that the plastering layer is closely attached to the base layer, and the air-entrained concrete and The occlusal ability between the plastered surfaces is strengthened, and the bond strength is increased, so not only is there less ground dust and less material loss, but also it can ensure that the interface between the two will not shrink and cause hollowing and cracking due to drying.
3. Moisture release and moisture absorption properties
After the light plastering gypsum is hardened, the unique porous network structure inside makes it have good moisture drainage and moisture absorption performance, which is conducive to the drying of the air-entrained concrete itself, thus avoiding the internal water content caused by the structure of the air-entrained concrete. Dry shrinkage is poor.

 

Light plastering plaster vs. heavy plastering plaster

1. No cracking and hollowing on the surface

Lightweight plastering gypsum has a high content of gypsum and lightweight aggregate vitrified microbeads to make the product slightly expandable. Its expansion rate is 0.02%. Under normal circumstances, it is impossible to produce hollowing and cracking during the hydration process, and the gypsum The hydration process is very fast, and the hydration is basically completed within 24 hours, so the volume stability is very good.

2. Reduce construction load and early design can reduce project cost
The bulk density of lightweight plastering gypsum is 700-750kg/m3, which is only half of the traditional heavy plastering plaster mortar of 1400-1500kg/m3. For example, a building (two units of 20 floors) is replaced by light plastering gypsum instead of heavy plastering gypsum mortar, the entire building will reduce the load by 550 tons.
3. High construction efficiency
Lightweight plastering gypsum is light in weight, convenient to construct, and has excellent constructability, so the labor intensity of workers' construction will be greatly reduced, and the construction efficiency will be improved accordingly. In addition, light plastering gypsum does not require maintenance after construction, and the hydration and condensation time is short, and the next process can be carried out after 24 hours.

4. Reduce shipping costs
For the same construction area, using lightweight plastering gypsum instead of heavy-duty plastering gypsum can reduce the amount by half, and a building will reduce the transportation and elevator costs by about 550 tons.

 

Packaging storage

3. Transportation: This product is non-toxic, odorless and non-polluting, and is non-dangerous. It can be transported as a single cargo to prevent scratches on the packaging, and prevent sun and rain.

 

Precautions

1. To prevent drying too quickly, do not mix with other substances.

2. After adding water and stirring, the paste should be used up within 1 hour.

3. For summer construction or dry wall surface, it is advisable to moisten it with water before construction.

4. Suitable construction temperature: 5C-40C, avoid construction in rainy, high temperature and frosty weather.

 

Construction instructions

a. Base: Check the surface of the base for hollowing, oil, release agent, floating dust or looseness.

b. Ingredients:

Light plastering gypsum: water = 1:0.28~0.35 Stir well, let it stand for 1-2min and stir again evenly before use.
